News About 2012-2013 Registration - Registration beings February 1st!

Registration for the 2012 summer and the 2012-2013 school year opened on February 1st, 2012.

Registration                                                                                                            

Please read and follow the steps below

1. To register for the 2011-2012 school year, please contact the Kids' Club office at 614-485-4040.
2. To register for the 2012 summer and/or the 2012-2013 school year, please download the registration form.
3. Enclose a check or money order, made payable to Grandview Kids' Club for a $30.00 non-refundable registration fee per family. Please include your child’s name in memo portion of the check.
4. Submit the completed registration form and registration fee in person or mail it to:
   • Grandview Heights Kids' Club
   • 1065 Oxley Road
   • Columbus, Ohio 43212

Enrollment

Once a registration form and fee has been submitted to the Kids' Club office you will be notified as to whether a space is available in the program. If your child is placed in the program you will be asked to submit payment for the first month’s tuition.

If a space is not available in the program you will be notified about your child’s place on the waiting list. You will be notified immediately if a space in the program becomes available.

Withdrawal Procedure

To withdraw from our program, families must complete the Withdraw/Change Days Notice and notify the Kids' Club office at least two weeks in advance. If a two-week notice is not given, families will be responsible for paying for two additional weeks.

To change your child’s child-care schedule, families must Withdraw/Change Days Notice and notify the Kids' Club office at least two weeks before the desired effective date of the schedule change. Due to the demand for full-time spaces, part-time spaces may be limited to specific days. Please call the office at 485-4040 as soon as possible to request a change.
